Building Community around Fiber Arts

The Birmingham Knit Club is a community-run organization aimed at building fellowship among crafters in the Birmingham metropolitan area. We hold regular gatherings across the city at different venues ranging from public parks to local businesses, though it should be noted that we are not directly affiliated or sponsored by any for-profit enterprises.

Our community is built on the sentiment that fiber arts and crafting are for anyone interested, and our goal is to help introduce people to and sustain our rich community of fiber artists and crafters in Birmingham and beyond.
